This is the core data you input into Rampart Asset Manager to document your property:

- Valuation Data: Purchase price and current estimated market value.
C. Usage and Technical Data
- Device Information: IP address, device type, and operating system version to ensure app compatibility.

We use your data strictly to facilitate the management of your assets. Rampart Asset Management does NOT sell your personal data or your asset lists to third parties or advertisers.

4. Data Storage and Security
Because your asset list contains sensitive information about high-value items, security is our top priority.

- Access Limitations: Your asset data is private. Rampart Asset Management employees do not access your specific inventory unless explicitly requested by you for technical support purposes.

- Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party partners for cloud hosting or email delivery. These partners are legally bound to protect your data and use it only for the tasks we assign them.

6. Your Data Rights
Regardless of your location, we provide you with the following controls:
- Access & Export: You may request a copy of all data stored in your account.
- Correction: You can update your profile or asset details at any time.
- Account Cancellation or Deactivation: Upon user-initiated cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will transition to a deactivated status.
- Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if in breach of Terms and Conditions, we are required to do so by applicable law, or your continued use of the Service poses a security, technical, or legal risk to us, our system, or other users.
- Data Retention: In the event of account deactivation due to non-payment or voluntary cancellation, Rampart Asset Management will securely store your account inventory data for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of deactivation.
- Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated asset data. Accounts in Deactivated or Suspended status will be deleted at the end of the thirty (30) calendar day period from the date of deactivation. Accounts in Termination status may have their digital inventory files, receipts, photos, and associated records deleted immediately to safeguard our security, technical, or legal risks, our system, or other users. Note: Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
